  3. lower your chest on the floor, with your head forward on the mat.

 

  1. Superman

Here are the steps you can follow to perform this exercise:

  1. Lie down on a comfortable surface
  2. Extend your arms forward on the direction of your legs
  3. keep your legs together facing arms.
  4. d. Simultaneously lift your arms, chest, and legs off the ground as high as you can
  5. e. Engage your core and squeeze your glutes to help lift your torso and legs
  6. Hold this raised position for 2-5 seconds.
